How I help

Useful advice.
Something you can act on.

Choose a focused piece of work. Each offer connects a business question to clear decisions and agreed deliverables.

01 / Find your focus

Business & product direction

Decide who you are helping, why the offer matters, and what to test or build first.

What we work through

Review the customer problem, competing alternatives, and available evidence. Shape the value proposition and prioritise a focused first offer or product release.

The decision it supports

What is worth pursuing next?

What you take away
  • Customer and value proposition brief
  • Assumptions and validation plan
  • Prioritised first-offer or release scope

For a new idea, an early product, or an offer that needs sharper focus.

02 / Choose the right change

Application & solution clarity

Understand what your business needs before committing to another tool or development project.

What we work through

Map the current workflows and applications, identify functional gaps, and compare practical options. Translate the chosen direction into requirements the team can use.

The decision it supports

Improve, replace, or build—and why?

What you take away
  • Process and application overview
  • Solution options and recommendation
  • Requirements and prioritised user stories

For an existing operation, a digital change, or a product taking its next step.

03 / Create room to grow

Operations ready for growth

Find the bottlenecks that make more customers mean more pressure on you and your team.

What we work through

Review how work moves from enquiry to fulfilment. Identify rework, unclear handovers, and owner dependency; define simpler processes and useful performance measures.

The decision it supports

What must work better before you scale?

What you take away
  • Bottleneck review and improvement priorities
  • Key workflow, SOP and ownership map
  • A focused set of measures and review points

For independent businesses and established teams with growing delivery demands.

04 / Keep the work moving

Delivery planning & oversight

Give the agreed priorities a realistic plan, clear ownership, and regular decisions.

What we work through

Connect the scope to milestones and dependencies. Establish a review rhythm with your team or supplier, and bring risks, progress, and open decisions into view.

The decision it supports

Who does what next—and what could block it?

What you take away
  • Delivery roadmap and responsibilities
  • Risk, dependency and decision log
  • Progress dashboard and review cadence

For a product release, a software service, or a wider business change.

The scope, evidence needed, responsibilities, and timing are agreed before we begin. You can start with one question.

From information to direction

A plan should make
the choices clearer.

I bring business analysis, product thinking, research, and delivery experience into the same conversation. The aim is to connect what you know to what you will do next.

That means separating evidence from assumptions, weighing trade-offs, and choosing a manageable next step.

Inside a useful decision brief
01 / Focus

Who is this for?

A defined customer or user and the problem that matters.

02 / Evidence

What do we know?

Research, current performance, and assumptions still to test.

03 / Choice

What will we do?

A recommendation, its trade-offs, and what can wait.

04 / Action

How do we move?

The next steps, owners, and measures to review.

A shared reference for the next decision.

Build resilience as you grow

A stronger business
can adapt.

Growth is easier to manage when critical work, knowledge, and decisions do not depend on one person or one fragile process.

I help you examine those dependencies and identify practical improvements, informed by my ongoing DBA studies in General Management and organisational resilience.

Look forWork towards

Everything needs the owner

Clear responsibilities and decisions others can make.

Essential knowledge lives in someone’s head

Usable procedures and reliable handovers.

A tool or supplier becomes a bottleneck

Visible dependencies and sensible contingency actions.

A practical operating perspective within the agreed scope; formal continuity assurance is separate specialist work.

Working together

Start small.
Make the next step useful.

A focused diagnostic, a defined project, or regular advisory support. The work should match your stage and your ability to put it into practice.

  1. 01 / Scope

    Choose the question

Agree the problem, the decision needed, and what useful progress would look like.

  2. 02 / Explore

    Work through the choices

Review the evidence, challenge assumptions, and develop practical options together.

  3. 03 / Act

    Leave with a clear plan

Receive the agreed outputs, next actions, and review points. Extend support only where it helps.

Before we begin

Clear answers.
Clear expectations.

Can you help if I am building with AI or vibe coding?

Yes. I help you work through the business and functional questions: who the product serves, which problem matters, what the first release needs to do, and how to test your assumptions. We can turn an early prototype into a clearer product brief and acceptance criteria. Specialist code, security, and production-readiness reviews remain separate technical work.

Is this suitable for a solopreneur or a small business?

Yes. We can focus on one offer, one workflow, or one decision. You do not need a large team or a transformation programme. The depth of the work and the deliverables should fit your stage, budget, and capacity to act.

Do you also support established organisations?

Yes. Application assessment, functional requirements, process improvement, and delivery oversight also support established businesses and technology teams. We work with the stakeholders, governance, and suppliers already involved.

Can you help me find customers or grow revenue?

I can help clarify the target customer, sharpen the offer, examine alternatives, and plan how to test demand. I can also help identify operational constraints to growth. Sales execution and marketing campaigns are separate work; revenue depends on demand, execution, and other business factors.

Do you develop the software or run the business for me?

The offers here focus on business direction, functional definition, operating improvement, and delivery support. You or your chosen team carry out implementation. We agree any additional involvement explicitly.

How do we get started?

Send a short description of what you are building or running, what feels unclear, and what decision you need to make. We agree fit, scope, deliverables, fees, and timing before work begins. Remote collaboration can be arranged across locations and time zones.

Your next step

What are you building,
changing, or growing?

Tell me where you are, what feels stuck, and what you need to decide. We can work out whether a focused engagement would help.
